Kailash Mansarovar Yatra by Road – A Sacred Journey Through the Himalayas.
The Kailash Mansarovar Yatra by Road is one of the most rewarding and spiritually uplifting ways to reach the abode of Lord Shiva. Considered the ultimate test of devotion and endurance, this journey takes pilgrims across breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, serene valleys, and rugged terrains that prepare the soul for the divine encounter with Mount Kailash and the pristine waters of Lake Mansarovar.

Our carefully designed Kailash Mansarovar tour package by road includes all essential permits, comfortable accommodation, hygienic vegetarian meals, and guidance from experienced Sherpas and support staff to ensure both safety and peace of mind.

The route allows pilgrims to gradually absorb the powerful spiritual energy of the mountains, making the experience deeply meditative. Travelers cross through Nepal into Tibet, where border access is managed either via Kodari or Kyirong, depending on permissions granted by the Chinese External Affairs Ministry.

With Amogh Yatra, every mile on this sacred road becomes a step closer to liberation.

Itinerary

Day 1:Arrive in Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel.

Day 2:Pashupatinath Ji darshan. Tour briefing on trekking, equipments and travel.

Day 3: Early morning drive to Shyabrubeshi by deluxe bus. The journey is of 6 hours. Overnight in Shyabrubeshi. Basic Accommodation (twin sharing or triple sharing)

Day 4: : After immigration and custom clearance we drive for 3 hours to reach Kyirong. Accommodation in guesthouse.

Day 5:Drive to Saga. Overnight stay in Saga. Basic Accommodation (twin sharing or triple sharing)

Day 6: Drive to Mansarovar. Overnight stay in mud houses at the banks of the holy Mansarovar Lake.

Day 7: Entire day is free for all spiritual activities. Order Ponies and Porters in advance. Overnight stay in mud houses on the banks of Mansarovar Lake.

Day 8: : Drive to Yamdwar. Parikrama starts from here either by foot or pony. Arrangements of stay are at Darchen (basic accommodation) for people who wish to stay back. For others, first day trek starts on the same day to Diraphuk. Total trek 20km (approx.) Overnight stay at Diraphuk in mud houses.

Day 9: Drive to Yamadwar 8 km then Trek to Dirapuk (altitude 4860 13km trek)-now start Mt. KailashParikrama (kora) it takes threedays 42km trek to highest altitude 5600 (Dolma pass).
The Pilgrimage who decided against going on the KailashParikrama or Return Back Darchen.Yatris who booked horse & porter should be leave only after identifying your horse & porter. If your heath fit and fine can go North face Charansparsh (Go and back takes 5hrs)

Day 10:Final day of Parikrama (8 kms) to be completed from Zutulphuk to Darchen. Drive back to Saga. Overnight stay at Saga.

Day 11: Drive back to Shyabrubeshi. Overnight stay in a Guest house.

Day 12:Drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight stay in Hotel

Day 13:Take a flight back to destination from Kathmandu Airport
